Please understand that when placing an order you agree to our return and exchange policy. Unfortunately, since kits are specially prepared and charged for their purposes we are not unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on items. All sales are final and as-is. Warranty of Products
We at Botanca San Miguel have firm belief and faith in our products. Our ever growing list of satisfied clients attest to this belief and claim. However, every situation differs and spiritual items are faith based items. We firmly believe in and stand behind the authencity and power of our items, however for legal reasons we must state that these items are sold as a curio items only. We make no guarantees about them. We state the purposes of their creation, our itention during consecration, and function but do not guarantee as to their effectiveness as this is dependent upon various factors. Results may vary, especially according to the user's faith. We will not be held responsible for any misuse or abuse of the items and talismans sold through our online catalog, nor are we responsible for their results or lack of it.

Shipping Policy
There's a minimum purchase of $40 to qualify for shipping. Shipping costs are not included and you're responsible for covering your own shipping cost at checkout using the shipping cost calculator and purchase options. We are not liable for any issues arising during or post transit to its destination. We do not ship nor send internationally. Any international orders will be cancelled. We only ship domestic to the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Alaska. We will fulfill some orders to Canada as well.
